    Labor Law and Corporate Law Attorney (UDA). Master’s candidate in Labor Law and International Labor Relations at UNTREF. Completed and passed the Postgraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Law at UBA, with a final thesis entitled “Cambalache: Artificial Intelligence in Judicial Proceedings on Occupational Risk Cases in Mendoza.” Served as Adjunct Professor in the Chair of Social, Labor, and Social Security Law in the Law Program at the Faculty of Economic and Legal Sciences, UDA. Successfully completed the Executive Program “Responsible Conduct in the Mining Industry and Compliance.” She has participated as a speaker in various conferences and courses, as well as in research projects. She has worked as a private litigation attorney, advising companies and workers in the field of Labor Law.

Fue Profesora Adjunta de la Cátedra de Derecho Social, Laboral y Previsional en la carrera de Abogacía de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Jurídicas de la UDA.     Diego holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in engineering and construction, participating in mining, marine, roadway, civil infrastructure, and architectural projects across Argentina, Chile, Central America, and the Caribbean.

    Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions, including Area Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, Construction Manager, Project Controls Manager, Technical and Commercial Manager, Site Engineer, and Quantity Surveyor.

    Diego stands out for his ability to adapt to different cultures and project environments, having worked with professionals from more than 80 nationalities. He is recognized for his honesty, commitment, strong personal values, and team spirit, as well as for his proven leadership and ability to organize and manage multidisciplinary teams focused on achieving successful project outcomes.

    ‍ ‍Diego es Magíster en Ingeniería Civil y cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en ingeniería y construcción, participando en proyectos de minería, obras marítimas, viales, de infraestructura civil y arquitectónicas en Argentina, Chile, Centroamérica y el Caribe.

    A lo largo de su trayectoria, ha ocupado diversos puestos de liderazgo, entre ellos Gerente de Área, Gerente de Proyecto, Gerente de Obra, Gerente de Construcción, Gerente de Control de Proyectos, Gerente Técnico y Comercial, Ingeniero de Obra y Quantity Surveyor.

    Diego se destaca por su capacidad de adaptación a diferentes culturas y entornos de proyecto, habiendo trabajado con profesionales de más de 80 nacionalidades.
